Return & refund policy

Return window

Pieces may be returned within 28 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of the return being received and inspected.

Faulty pieces

If a piece arrives faulty, contact info@cottonson.com with your order number and photographs and we will replace or refund it in full, including delivery.

Non-returnable

Face coverings and altered or personalised pieces cannot be returned.
